Mike Perkins - CeMAP
Mike is the senior partner in the company and has been helping people to buy their homes in Plymouth for the last 25 years.
Mike works on the simple basis that every client needs a personalized mortgage plan tailored to their own individual needs. He also believes in a jargon free approach and that his clients completely understand the full process of buying a home and every cost involved in doing so.
Mike also offers advice in the buy to let market and has extensive knowledge of all the variations and clauses involved in this type of purchase .
Mike has lived in Plymouth since 1980, when he came down here to university where he met his wife Christianne with whom he has 3 sons. Mike served in the Royal Navy and after leaving in the early 90’s started his career in financial services, outside of work Mike loves martial arts and is a second dan Black belt in kick boxing. Like his Colleague, Chris Pascoe, Mike also follows rugby but his allegiance is to Munster and Ireland which leads to some great rugby banter in the office.

When Chris is not in the office he loves to spend as much time as possible on the Cornish beaches with his wife, Anita and their 2 boys. Chris is a retired rugby player for his beloved OPM RFC and pretty much watches all the rugby he can.

When not enjoying the fun and laughter of fatherhood, Stefan enjoys going to live music events, football, badminton and fishing. Stefan is an avid Arsenal fan, and consequently, has to have a good sense of humour!
